Description

ESET PROTECT Elite is the first level where ESET PROTECT becomes an XDR solution. ESET Inspect adds detection and response on endpoints: you see what happened before an alert fired, hunt for suspicious activity, and resolve incidents instead of only blocking them.

Vulnerability and patch management finds and fixes security gaps in operating systems and applications across all endpoints, including third-party software. Multi-factor authentication adds a second step at sign-in.

Everything from the level below stays: the console, endpoint and server protection, AI security, Mobile Threat Defense, full disk encryption, Cloud Sandboxing, Mail Security and cloud application protection.

What is included

• Endpoint Detection and Response – raises ESET PROTECT with ESET Inspect to XDR level, including threat hunting.
• Multi-factor authentication – mobile-based second factor.
• Vulnerability and patch management – fixes security gaps, with automated patching.
• Mail Security – blocks spam, phishing and malware at server level.
• Cloud application protection – secures Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Who it fits

For organisations with a security team or service provider that must investigate incidents, not just block them. If you close vulnerabilities yourself and want to secure sign-ins, this level covers it. MDR is a separate offering.

This product renews an existing licence — you are not buying the base licence. The renewal continues seamlessly from your current term, so there is no gap in protection.
