Withdrawal Policy

Last updated: October 2026

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

Tavo-IT, owner Michael Schwarz
Vorderdorfstraße 13
37130 Gleichen, Germany
Phone: +49 175 4255616
Email: info@thalvos.cloud

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Digital content (licenses)

For digital content (e.g. license keys), the right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performance after you have expressly consented and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal by consenting to the beginning of performance (§ 356 (5) German Civil Code). Performance begins with the transmission of the licence key by email.

Customers resident in Switzerland

There is no statutory right of withdrawal. The Swiss legal order does not provide for a right of withdrawal for this type of contract. The right of withdrawal under the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 40b ff. CO) applies to doorstep sales and similar situations, not to online purchases.

The fourteen-day withdrawal period described above therefore does not apply to you. We state this explicitly so that there is no ambiguity: a right of withdrawal by the standard of EU law does not exist for customers resident in Switzerland.

Voluntary accommodation. Independently of this, you may contact us at any time if you encounter problems with a licence key. We will then consider a goodwill solution in the individual case. Such a solution is a voluntary gesture on our part and not a statutory right; you cannot derive any claim for future orders from it.
