Description

ESET PROTECT Enterprise is the XDR level for enterprise environments. It covers detection, investigation and remediation of incidents, with threat hunting and incident response on top.

The source describes the approach as anomaly detection, vulnerability analysis and incident management working together. Cloud Sandboxing adds machine learning, and Cloud Workload Protection covers virtual machines in AWS, Azure and GCP.

ESET LiveGrid is a building block of its own: it examines the behaviour and reputation of samples against data from over 110 million endpoints.

What is included

• Endpoint Detection and Response – detection, investigation and remediation of incidents.
• Cloud Sandboxing – protection against zero days and unknown threats through machine learning.
• Cloud Workload Protection – protection for virtual machines in Azure, AWS and GCP.
• ESET LiveGrid – checks behaviour and reputation against data from over 110 million endpoints.
• Endpoint and Server Security – protection for computers, smartphones and servers.
• Mobile Threat Defense – malware and theft protection plus MDM for Android and iOS.
• Full disk encryption and AI security – as in the levels below.

Who it fits

For large organisations that need to trace incidents across the whole IT estate and hunt for attacks proactively. This level fits when detection should not stop at the individual device.

How this differs from ESET PROTECT Elite

ESET PROTECT Enterprise is not a higher tier than Elite — it is a separate branch. The two bundles are put together differently, and Enterprise is not the broader one:

• Enterprise only: Mobile Threat Defense and Cloud Workload Protection
• Elite only: Mail Security, vulnerability and patch management, and multi-factor authentication

If you need one of these modules, the module list decides — not the price. Enterprise targets enterprise environments with proactive threat hunting, Elite targets the most complete module coverage.

Important: this is a renewal

This product renews an existing licence — you are not buying the base licence. The renewal continues seamlessly from your current term, so there is no gap in protection.

You need: a valid licence for the same product. If you do not have one yet, please order the base licence.

Good to know

• Expandable – multi-factor authentication, Mail Security, cloud applications and vulnerability management are separate modules to add.
• Not included – MDR Ultimate Service and Premium Support Ultimate come with ESET PROTECT MDR Ultimate; ESET LiveAI is an add-on with ESET Inspect.
