Description

MXDR combines the tools in the GravityZone suite with Bitdefender's managed detection and response service. Instead of buying tooling and operations separately, you get prevention, protection, detection and response from a single source. Correlation runs across the whole attack surface: Active Directory, cloud identities, lateral network movement and collaboration platforms such as Microsoft 365.

On the prevention side, Fileless Attack Defense, HyperDetect and the Sandbox Analyzer stop threats before they execute. When suspicious encryption activity appears, ransomware remediation creates tamper-proof copies of your files. GravityZone Risk Management keeps vulnerabilities in view — vulnerable applications, misconfigured systems, risky user behavior — and helps you remediate them.

Operations are handled by Bitdefender's SOC team of more than 285 analysts, researchers and threat hunting specialists. They assess and investigate security events and notify you only about what is essential. After purchase, a license key activates the GravityZone platform; you then start deploying sensors in your environment.
