Daily volume sets how much log data you can ingest into the Security Data Lake each day.
Description
Every source in your environment produces logs: endpoints, firewalls, cloud environments, applications. GravityZone Security Data Lake collects them, parses them into a common schema and correlates them. The daily volume on your license sets how much can flow in per day.
The size should match your sources: third-party telemetry alongside GravityZone data needs room. At general availability, more than 100 third-party log integrations are available, plus generic channels such as Syslog. For MDR onboarding, firewalls come first: Palo Alto, Checkpoint, Cisco ASA, Fortinet, Juniper, pfSense and SonicWall.
Volume translates directly into cost, which is why storage is tiered: less critical data sits in the data warehouse instead of live search and is retrieved on demand.
