Description
GravityZone Security Data Lake stores data in tiers: hot, warm and archive. The data warehouse is the warm tier. It holds log data that is not needed for live search but should stay quick to reach. When required, it is restored within seconds — for investigations or compliance audits.
Warehouse size defines how much room you have in that tier. This lowers live search costs without costing you visibility: instead of keeping every log line searchable, less critical data sits in the warehouse and is still one retrieval away. Anything no longer needed there moves to the archive.
Warehouse size is the dial between cost and responsiveness. It should match the volume of routine logs you keep for later investigations.
